Responsibilities of the Kitchen Hood Maintenance Technician:

Perform professional power washing of kitchen hoods, ductwork, hood filters, rooftop exhaust fans, blowers, and additional equipment.

Maintain and certify restaurant kitchen exhaust ventilation systems

Complete service reports and document the conditions before and after, including photographs and detailed descriptions.

Surpass client expectations through exceptional service and effective communication

Communicate and collaborate effectively as a team member Adhere rigorously to industry policies, regulations, and safety protocols Maintain and service company equipment Perform all assigned tasks designated by the Crew Chief
